Gasoline Engines:  MISERTRON pieces should be mounted at a distance of up to 4 in  from each other on the fuel Supply line with the YELLOW sides facing the engine, ahead of the fuel filter & near as possible to the combustion chamber.
    
Diesel Engines: MISERTRON pieces should be mounted at a distance of 4 in from each other on the fuel Supply line with the YELLOW sides facing the engine, as near as possible to the injector pump.

LPG Engines: MISERTRON pieces should be mounted at a distance of 3 in from each other
on the Liquid Supply line with the YELLOW sides facing the engine, as near as possible to
the converter.

Fastening MISERTRON: Align the MISERTRON around the fuel line with YELLOW
sides facing the engine.  Insert the cable fasteners provided through the grooves tightly fasten.  Once the MISERTRON pieces are securely in place, trim off excess cable.

TURBO RESPONSE
Engines fitted with the MISERTRON tend to have an increase in torque. 
With turbo vehicles, the transfer from normal to turbo becomes smoother
because of this torque increase.

DE-COKING
Carbon build up in the combustion area of the engine is a major factor reducing the
 performance of an engine.  It forms a ‘crust’ on the metal parts creating an uneven surface,
 thus preventing gases from circulating smoothly.  This build up also causes a decrease in the
 cubic capacity of the engine.  MISERTRON helps to remove this crust and to maintain a
 clean engine in its original condition.

BREAKING IN
MISERTRON will start working almost immediately, before it shows full benefits, it has to saturate the path to the combustion area. The length of time it takes depends on a number of variables; however, in most cases this process will be completed by the time the engine has completed 1,000 mi to 3,000 mi although diesel engines could take 3,000 mi to 5,000 mi.
We highly recommend a day trip when first installing MISERTRON to experience first hand the gradual increase in performance and acceleration.  These changes will increase with each new tank of fuel, right up to the stabilization period where you will enjoy the full benefits of MISERTRON.

IMPROVES ENGINE PERFORMANCE
The field of MISERTRON magnets places a positive charge in the fuel.  As the hydrogen and oxygen molecules become excited they bombard the combustion chamber, cleaning the fuel injector nozzles and removing carbon and varnish build up from the engine.  A cleaner more efficient engine means better power, extended engine life and reduced maintenance over the life of the engine.

REDUCES MAINTENANCE COST
With more complete burning of the fuel to MISERTRON, less solid waste, carbon and varnish build up remains in the engine.  This reduces engine wear and maintenance, and increases the life of the engine oil and spark plugs.

REDUCED FIRING DURATION
With the combustion level of the fuel raised, the engine will not fire for so long a period.

ECOLOGICALLY SOUND
The magnets are natural permanent power.  It does not require an electrical supply or batteries.

MAINTENANCE FREE
Once installed, Misertron requires no maintenance as there are no moving parts.

MOUNTING
If the engine room does not allow mounting in the above described places, the MISERTRON pieces should be mounted on the fuel line coming from the tank.  As per the experience of our testing, in this situation there should be used two units of MISERTRON (= 4 pieces) due to the longer distance to the combustion chamber.

Large trucks and buses will require 6 units of MISERTRON and small to medium trucks require 3 units. This is due to the larger quantities of fuel that is required to run the engine and should be installed in the same manner as already mentioned above.

TUNE UP: It is recommend that you arrange for your vehicle to have a Tune up with your preferred Service Center once your vehicle reaches the already specified stabilization period of 1,000 mi to 3,000 mi for Gasoline and LPG engines, and 3,000mi to 5,000 mi for Diesel engines.  An engine Tune up is the final process required for your vehicle to receive the best results after installing MISERTRON.

Magnoflow U.S.A. LLC warrants this product as being sold free of any defects or damage.  If upon inspection you find a defect with your purchase, you can return your purchase to your distributor with receipt within ten days for a replacement. Magnoflow offers a five year warranty only on the magnets.
